PAYMENT & TAXES

We accept all major / popular credit cards. ALL orders MUST have matching Billing & Shipping Addresses or your order will not be fulfilled. 

California customers are charged sales tax according to state & local sales tax regulations.

SHIPPING

What Shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via UPS and we do Not ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Recently; due to shifting shipper policies; most packages will ship via USPS and can take up to 2 weeks to process and arrive. Orders may also be slightly delayed due to seasonal conditions. 

We do our best to ship all of our orders as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. All orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday as well as orders placed throughout the weekend will most likely be shipped on Monday.

* Due to the recent customs / tariff shifts in Canada in relation to our category of products; we are NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP directly to Canada.

Dank Vape Tech is currently in the process to be able to sell our products locally again as soon as possible. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to strive to do our best in having our products as accessible as possible.

How much is Shipping?

Standard Shipping on online orders (we are only shipping in the US currently) are FREE. We reserve the option to pass along the shipping charges in the future.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.

Ground & Express Shipping:

We understand that our customers need products from us quickly. In order to accommodate this, we offer USPS. 

Damaged Packages:

If your package was damaged during shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can immediately file a claim with the shipper. It is also important that you hold onto any remnants of the packaging or products that were damaged as well as the packing slip that was included in the shipment so that evidence of the damage and proof of contents can be provided to the shipper if needed.

Returned Packages:

Any packages that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 10 days and then discarded.  This includes orders that were returned due to an undeliverable address, refused packages, packages that were not picked up, etc.  The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.  

Tracking Orders:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1 business day of the order being placed. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well.  Please note, UPS tracking information may not show up for up to 48 hours. Often times, your package may not be scanned at every stopping point, but that does not mean it was not picked up or on the way – please be patient!

Incorrect Orders:

Dank Vape Tech is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly.  If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it’s function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order.  We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.  We will definitely do our best to fix any mistakes that we have been made, but we must be notified in a timely manner. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Return Period Policy: Dank Vape Tech offers a 14-day return policy for any unopened, unused product (unless otherwise specified in either the product description or in this document) from date of purchase at dank fung.com. Some items could be subject to a 15% restocking fee, levied at the discretion and judgment of Dank Vape Tech. 

Atomizer Policy: No warranty for any atomizer. Returns/exchanges will only be considered if the atomizer is DOA (dead on arrival), and expressed to Dank Vape Tech Extracts in a timely fashion (generally within 7 business days of receipt of product). Please test any/all atomizer(s) upon receipt of product(s).

Refund Policy: Dank Vape Tech will not accept refunds for any product that has already shipped. 

Exchange Policy: Parts will not be shipped until the original part is returned to and evaluated by Dank Vape Tech. Shipping for any exchanged product(s) is at the customer's expense. Any product received for exchange that is deemed still functional, found to be not sold by Dank Vape Tech, out of warranty, or damaged through misuse will be sent back to customer without exchange.

Warranty Period: While some of the products purchased from Dank Vape Tech / dankfung.com can be subject to manufacturer warranties, Dank Vape Tech has sole discretion as to whether or not to honor returns and/or exchanges for said product(s). Only products purchased from dankfung.com or our authorized dealers and their online sales channels are valid for consideration. Dank Fung's distributors / dealers are not authorized to sell on mass online channels such as Amazon or eBay, and  warranty requests when purchased from these types of channels cannot be fulfilled per our policy and agreements with our distributors and stores. If a warranty request is deemed valid (falling within the guidelines as detailed in our  company policies) as being purchased from an authorized seller, Dank Vape Tech will endeavour to provide you with a suitable replacement for your defective product. (a suitable replacement is defined as a product of the same style and color). 

* Also, if more convenient; please feel free to contact us at info@dankfungextracts.com, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # is required before sending any product back for warranty/exchange consideration.

For customers who are not fully satisfied with our products, we have a simple and straightforward return policy. As per this policy, customers can return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
